Tin Hot Mỗi NgàyTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tin Hot Mỗi Ngày ("the App"), a desktop tool that creates daily news-summary videos and uploads them to the user's own TikTok account. By using the App you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the App
The App is operated by its developer for their own content channel. Anyone who runs the App must be at least 18 years old, must own or be authorized to manage the TikTok account they connect, and must follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. What the App does
The App gathers public headlines and short summaries from news RSS feeds, writes a short narration, produces a video with a synthetic voice, subtitles and royalty-free images, and, when you authorize it, uploads that video to your TikTok account through the TikTok Content Posting API.
3. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for every video the App uploads on your behalf, including its accuracy and its compliance with applicable law and platform policies. Review generated videos before you make them public. Each video credits its original news source and is labelled as AI-generated content.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services, including TikTok, news publishers' RSS feeds, Openverse and Pexels (images) and Microsoft Edge text-to-speech. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or any news publisher.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the App to post content that infringes others' rights, is misleading, or violates TikTok policies. Do not use it to access accounts you do not control, or to send automated spam.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
7. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the App at any time by revoking its access in your TikTok settings (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions).
